Observation: Open bags of flour being stored directly on the floor. Packages of pizza boxes stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food and food equipment is stored off the floor. To be corrected immediately.

Observation: Food debris and build up noted on shelves, on floors under equipment, under sink area, on handsink and paper towel dispenser, on top of pizza oven, on sides and under cutting boards, on deli slicer, on food storage containers, on walk in cooler racking and on garbage containers.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and maintain these areas. This is to be corrected by July 12th. Please note that the food build up on the deli slicers was noted on last inspection. This is to be cleaned and sanitized after use. Correct immediately.
