Lounge is used in evenings usually. Mainly drinks and pickled eggs. Hot dogs - reheat to 74 C /165 F (roller machine is used).

Hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers - good.
Walk in cooler - <4 C/40 F - good. This cooler is to be used for any potentially hazardous foods (dairy, whipped cream, meat etc.).
Beer and wine coolers are at 5-8 C. Use for storing low risk foods only.
Glassware washer has a final chlorine sanitizing rinse (about 100ppm),
Ice machine is clean.
