Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle was observed at 0ppm Chlorine. Staff was notified and solution was remade and achieved 100ppm Chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizers are routinely changed to maintain required concentration level.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels available at either hand wash station at beginning of inspection. Staff immediately provided paper towels.

-Hot holding unit is holding foods at 60C
-3 compartment sink is used appropriately. Bleach sanitizer is available
-Labelled sanitizer spray bottle containing bleach solution achieves 100ppm Chlorine after correction

General cleanliness needs improvement
Ensure missing ceiling tiles are replaced, to maintain facility in good condition

Note: Ice cream machine must be removed as it is not in use. This is an ongoing issue.
