Follow-up inspection conducted. Manager states that display cooler was below freezing temperature, and that a technician was called in earlier this week (Oct 16). Display cooler was at approximately 12.5C at time of inspection. Manager adjusted a switch on the cooler, which turned it the condenser unit back on at time of inspection. However, display cooler fluctuates between 6-7C and cannot consistently stay on to maintain temperature. Follow-up inspection to occur later to determine if it can lower down to and MAINTAIN 4C. NOTE: Correction order is still standing - no food items are allowed inside the display cooler until authorized by the environmental health officer.
