Overall premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand sinks in use with single use hand towels, liquid soap, and running hot and cold water.
Note: Paper towels dispenser needs to be refilled at the station near fridge #3.

Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene.
Dish washer final rinse at 71.1C at the plate according to min/max probe.
3 compartment sink in use.
200 to 400 ppm quat sanitizer in use.
Food protected from contamination with food grade covers/lids and stored at least 15 cm off the floor.
Dry storage is satisfactory.
Equipment in good working order.
Temperature monitoring and logging in use for equipment.
Permit posted in main office hallway.

Holding units:
4 mobile hot holding units in use at 62C to 72.2C soups, sauces and gravy.
Coolers/freezers: #1 3.5C dairy/fruits, #2 2.1C roast beef, #3 4C milk/cheese,
