- Sanitizer available at the front sushi bar area and in the kitchen. Did not note any wiping cloths stored on counters. Remember to keep wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution when not in use. - All hand wash stations were fully equipped and accessible/unobstructed. A non rolling green bin has been obtained for the kitchen so staff do not roll it around/relocate it to block the hand sink. No strainer or food equipment stored in the sushi bar hand sinks.
