General observations
- Handwashing station fully equipped: Hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels
- All coolers =< 4C, please close lids on prep tables when not in use
- All freezers =<-18C
- All other hot holding units >= 60C
- No signs of pests observed
- Dishwashing machine final rinse chlorine measured at 100ppm
- Staff has FOODSAFE, please have copies of certificates on site, operator will email.
- Temperature log is inconsistent, please always check temperatures 2 times a day.
- Please ensure back doors are closed when not in use to prevent entry of pest
- Cheque of $250 to FraserHealth received for permit fee
