Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee milk steaming attachment was not sanitized between uses.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure milk steaming attachment is sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Attachment was sanitized with 200ppm bleach sanitizer at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Dessert cooler was at 3C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-19C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Eggs used for baking stored at room temperature for approximately 1 hour. Eggs cannot be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 200ppm to 400ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods were covered, stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Shaved ice machine and blender containers sanitized after each use.
-General sanitation good at to the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
