Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration in the 3-comp. sink was around 10ppm Chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): When using manual dishwashing, ensure that the correct amount of sanitizer is being used. Use about 1/2 to 3/4 cup bleach for the volume of water in the 3rd compartment.

Hand sink is fully equipped. REFILL SOAP DISPENSER AS DISCUSSED.
Operator has FS level 1 certification (Expiry May 31, 2028).
As discussed, do not sell foods prepared at home at the restaurant. Get approval from the City for use of steamer for making custard flan prior to getting Health approval.
