Corrective Action(s): Clean above mentioned areas. Ensure hard to reach areas (behind, in between, and beneath equipment) are cleaned on a frequent basis to prevent food contamination and attracting pests.

Observation: Right undercounter cooler (cooler #2) measured at 6.5C ambient temperature. Manager indicated that a technician will be contacted today for service.

209 (1) corrected - trays of raw eggs now stored on the bottom shelf of the single door stand up cooler.
209 (2) corrected - foods stored off the ground in the kitchen and walk-in freezer.
209 (3) corrected - ice scoop stored in a clean dry container.
308 (2) corrected - holes sealed in the mentioned areas.
308 (3) corrected - ceiling tile installed above 2 compartment dishwashing sink.
