- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except

- General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection
Note: There was no hot water available at any sink at the beginning of the inspection. Check with a plumber to ensure the capacity of the hot water is adequate for the operation of the premises.
