Observation: Kitchen hand sink faucet still to be repaired/replaced. As noted on previous routine inspection, facuet leaks/does not turn off.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated faucet can be repaired by June 5th. OK - ensure water supply/valve for this hand sink remains on during all operational hours. Only turn off water supply/valve at this hand sink (to prevent water from running overnight) once the kitchen closes at the end of each night. This is only a temporary solution.

- Follow-up inspection conducted.
- Deep cleaning in all areas has been completed. Thank you - ensure deep cleaning under/behind equipment and in all hard-to-reach areas is done at least once a week.
- Food properly covered/wrapped.
- Bleach sanitizer solution mixing instructions reviewed with staff at time of inspection. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected. As discussed, ensure to mix only 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water.
