Coffee pots and filter equipment requires to be manually washed, rinsed, sanitized in the 2-compartment sink before it is air dried. )

Follow up inspection: -Drain plugs were available at the 2-compartment sink (Code 303 was corrected). -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in the second compartment sink during the inspection. -Manual ware-washing sign was posted. Thank you for making improvements.
