-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler next to pizza prep was at 4C.
-Both freezer units were at -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily (lunch and dinner)
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71 required for proper sanitizing). Temperature checked and recorded twice daily
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails are changed every 2 hours - tracked using a timer.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Vegetable slicer was disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor, covered, and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
