- Cooler was only being used for vegetables as not able to maintain 4 C, new one being ordered. Using cooler in infant room which was 4 C - Freezer was - 15 C - No hot holding at time of inspection - Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Spray bottle had 200 ppm quat - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 85 C on the gauge and 72 C at the plate - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory
