Follow-up to the recent routine inspection: - Major cleaning occurred after the routine inspection. - Pest control inspection conducted on Wednesday evening. Inspection frequency increased to twice per month. - Traps have been replaced. - Floors are free of items/food debris/grease/water. Good. - Prep/storage tables have been decluttered and cleaned. - Handwashing sink adequately supplied and is available for use. NOTE: Permit fee ($150.00) was collected in a cheque at this time. Correction Order issued on Aug 2 has been rescinded. Ensure to keep the facility at this sanitary level AT ALL TIMES.
