Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove black garbage bag as it is not a food contact surface
2) Do not use wooden chopping blocks as food contact surfaces. These cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Only clean and sanitized cutting boards can be placed on them
3) Obtain proper scoops with handles and ensure the handles do not come into contact with food
