Observation: Two sauce containers were being stored on the floor in walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inch off the floor to protect food from contamination such as pest infestation, water leakage or any other unsanitary condition. Correct immediately

Observation: Two spray bottles (one for water in food prep area and one for cleaning detergent in janitor room) were not labelled
Buckets off all purpose cleaner and degreaser were being stored on the floor next to the prep sink

All hand sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towels and liquid soap
All Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer was at 200 ppm on spray bottles and buckets to store wiping rags
Low temperature dishwasher reached 50 ppm residual chlorine level on plate level
Permit was posted in a conspicuous location
Monitoring logs for temperature and sanitation were available and up to date
Staff (3) had valid Foodsafe 1 certificate
All thermometers were in good working order
All staff were wearing proper attire and hair protection
Test strips were available to use to test chlorine and quaternary ammonium concentration
Lighting was sufficient for the safe and sanitary operation of the facility
Walk in cooler was measured at 3.6 C
Walk in freezer was measured at -18 C
Front area drink cooler #1 was measured at 2.6 C
Front area drink cooler #2 was measured at 2.0 C
Small cooler storing grilled chicken under grill was measured at 3.4 C
