Follow-up inspection:
All Infractions have been corrected
-hot water restored to handsink next to 3-door fridge and stove, dispensed soap available
-dry storage room has been cleaned and appears disinfected
-Pick-up window where hot held units stored has been cleaned and appears sanitized
-dishwasher thermostat has been replaced -readout easily read -notify me if this is a reoccurring problem
-bar area undercounters has been cleaned
-temperature and concentration logs being maintained daily

Note: Last Pest Control report received and reviewed: December 28, 2016. Pest activity noted on their reports. Increase their checks bi-weekly until activity is eliminated then back to monthly. Follow all your pest control recommendations
