Observation: Operator has added/made the following changes to the facility:
1. Installed Coffee machine for customer use
2. Installed a hot holding unit
3. Installed Ice cream freezer

This facility has not been approved for any food operation. No health approval has been given to add any food operation.
Corrective Action(s): Operator must stop all food operation immediately. There is no to be no sale of any food items.

All advertisement and signage must be removed immediately. Employees were asked to remove all signage during time of inspection. Signage in the window was covered during inspection.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Coolers are at 4c or below.
Freezer(s) at -22c.
Prepackaged food items are being sold in front display area.
Foods are located off the floor.
No pest activity noted during this inspection.
