Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at 4 degrees C.
Main food preparation area 2 door cooler at 0 degrees C.
Domestic freezer at -15 degrees C. Front area domestic cooler at 2 degrees C. Freezer section at -15 degrees C. Monitor and adjust temperature of freezers, ensure -18 degrees C or less.
Both domestic coolers used to store beverages at or below 4 degrees C.
