Routine inspection conducted. Walk-in cooler measured at 4 degrees C or less. Reach-in cooler unit measured at 4 degrees C or less that contains eggs and dairy products. Chest freezer measured at -18 degrees C or less. Hand-wash sink in public seating supplied with liquid hand soap, hot/cold running water, and single use paper towels. Brewed coffee no longer being offered but equipment is still on site. Public washroom observed to be in sanitary condition. No signs of pests at time of inspection. Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
