Observation: Screen back door damaged - missing screen portion at bottom half of door.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure screen door is repaired before its use in warmer months to prevent pest entry. Until repaired the back door must remain closed at all times.

Observation: 1.Back hand sink has no hot water available.
2. 3 comp sink faucet leaking water - leak covered with white rag
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all handsinks are equipped with hot & cold water. Repair hot water line. Operator temporarily uses front handsink for hand washing.

Observation: Ceiling has 2 large water damage spots in front kitchen.
1. approx 70 cm long and 30 cm wide, water stained, dry wall bubbling and mold growth visible
2. approx. 50 cm gap in ceiling with water damage. Discoloration and peeling paint on nearby ceiling cross beam.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces in premise are smooth, durable, easy to clean and in maintained in good condition. Ceiling water damage must be repaired, gaps sealed and re-painted to meet requirements.
