Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket noted 0 ppm chlorine. Had not been replenished since the day before.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths stored in solution. Do no leave wiping cloths on counter.
