Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found multiple cooking/food prep utensils put away with food still on them. Also found food containers to have a heavy build up of grease and food debris.
Corrective Action(s): 1. MUST wash and sanitize all utensils before putting away.
2. Must wash food containers and lids before putting new food items into them (i.e. rice, floor, chow mein noodle containers).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Hand sink in the front does not have paper towel
2. Hand sink the corner blocked by garbage cans
3. Staff washroom did not have liquid soap, or paper towel

2. All sinks must be easily accessible at all times.

Observation: Heavy accumulation of food, grease and debris throughout the premises, including but not limited to shelves (wire and wood), floors under all equipment and shelving units, walls, inside coolers, sink taps, door handles and ventilation hood as grease is dripping down.
Corrective Action(s): A deep thorough cleaning is required throughout the kitchen and storage including but not limited to the above noted areas.

2. Found food counter to be raw wood
Corrective Action(s): 1. Once can has been opened, remove unused food into a food grade container. Do not store food in cans as metal can leach out in to food.
2. Ensure all food contact surfaces are made of food grade materials, seal or cover with appropriate material so the counter is easily cleanable and food grade.

Observation: 1. Dishwasher is leaking, container underneath to catch water.
2. Handle on prep cooler was broken off.
3. White cutting boards are heavily worn and quite discolored.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have dishwasher repaired so there is no water dripping.
2. Repair handle on prep cooler.
3. Replace cutting boards are they are no long easily cleanable.

- Sanitizer bucket had 200 ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity noted during the inspection
NOTE: food handling is not permitted in the room off of the kitchen as no sinks are present to wash hands.
