- Dishwasher rinse was 75 degrees C at plate level
- 200 ppm Quats was available for sanitizing at each station.
- Hand sinks are fully equipped
-Handsink beside the ice machine has been recaulked
-Manager is aware of the FS level 1 certificates expiring this July. His expires on May 9, 2020.
-Orkin pest control is on contract
