Follow-up inspection conducted. The following corrections were made from Report JTUG-CF7Q4F Violation Code 306: - Sanitation has improved since last routine inspection on June 8, 2022. Mouse droppings were removed from the floor behind the chest freezer next to the electrical panel. - Mouse droppings are still found behind the hot water tank and in the dry storage room along the walls close to the stairs. - Operator requested latest copy of pest control report from landlord. Date of service by pest control company Orkin was conducted on May 30, 2022. 1 rodent was captured in the basement. - Corrective action: Remove the mouse droppings from the floors and continue to clean and disinfect the floors with bleach solution (1 part bleach to 9 parts water). Connect with the landlord to discuss having more frequent pest control inspections until there is no more rodent activity identified. Violation Code 312: - Equipment not needed for the premises (e.g. toolbox, electrical burners found near the electrical panel at the last routine inspection) has been removed from the site - Operator said that unused equipment located beside the walk-in cooler will be removed
