Observation: Wooden storage shelf is not made easy to clean and non-absorbent materials.
Corrective action: Replace wooden shelf with another shelving unit or cabinet that is made of smooth, easy to clean(washable), durable, and non-toxic materials. Shelving unit must be able to store dry goods at least 6" off the floor.

Observation: 1) Upright cooler is not in good working order to maintain temperatures at or below 4C. Upright cooler did not contain any cold potentially hazardous food.

2) Handsink in the front service area requires wall-mounted liquid soap and paper towel dispensers.

Corrective action:
1) Repair or replace upright cooler with a commercial cooler of similar capacity. Ensure it maintains temperatures at or below 4C prior to storing any cold potentially hazardous foods (e.g. fish, oysters, prepped vegetables, dairy products etc.) inside it; effective immediately.

2) Install wall-mounted liquid soap and paper towel dispensers at the handsink. In the meanwhile, continue using the small liquid soap dispenser and power towel roll stored on the counter next to the handsink.

Corrective action: Order a shatterproof cover for the light bulb. Install the light bulb and shatterproof cover over it once onsite above the cooking line.

Corrective action: Ice machine was drained during the inspection. Clean and sanitize the ice machine in accordance with the manufacturer's directions; Correct today.

Follow up inspection.
-Ice machine was in a clean condition (Code 301 was corrected).
-Non-broken frying baskets were cleaned and sanitized and stored inside the food premises. Broken frying baskets were stored in the back hallway and are required to be removed.

Submit a copy of your food safety plan and sanitization plan for review and health approval. Date to be corrected by:1 month.
