Routine Inspection: Facility not in operation at the time of inspection. Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. Note: one cooler not in operation. Ensure to prepare a 100-200 ppm chlorine (bleach) sanitizer (half teaspoon bleach per litre water) when facility is in operation to sanitize food contact surfaces. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Overall cleanliness very good. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report to be emailed to the Operator.
