Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- All walls, shelves, racks, legs of tables, ceiling tiles, equipment handles, underside of shelves & sinks, and interior shelves of coolers have been cleaned.
- All cardboard, newspaper and plastic protective sticker have been removed from surfaces.
- All light fixtures have light covers.
- Foods are covered in coolers.
- The exhaust hood was professionally cleaned, the next date will be in Sept. 2018 (as per sticker).
- Operator still must install a magnetic strip to store the cleavers, as they are still being stored between the wood block and prep table.
- Operator has spoken to a contractor to repair the damaged walls below the dishwashing station.
- There were chipped bowls and plates still found in use. Discard any cracked or chipped dishware.
