Routine inspection conducted. Facility is not open for dine-in. Take-out only.
Facility is in excellent sanitary condition.

Temperatures:
- Preparation cooler was holding pizza sauce at 4 degrees Celsius (internal)
- Double door under counter cooler was holding food at least 4 degrees Celsius.
- Stand up freezer was maintaining -18 degrees Celsius.
- Walk-in cooler was maintaining at least 4 degrees Celsius.
- Chest freezers (x2) were maintaining -18 degrees Celsius.

Sanitation:
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 73 degrees Celsius at the plate surface after the final rinse cycle.
- Hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- Sanitizer bucket contained 200 ppm chlorine solution.
NOTE: Ensure sanitizer is available in all food preparation areas including the front counter where pizzas are made.
- Ventilation hood in good sanitary condition.
- Food counters and equipment in good sanitary condition.
- No pest activity noted.

Staff with food safe level 1 certification or equivalent is present on site.
