Outstanding permit fee must be PAID. Total $150.00. this was paid in cash to EHO during this inspection. All coolers < 4 C and equipped with thermometers. Freezer at - 18 C. Hand wash stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration. Ice dispenser is in good sanitary condition. Cleaning schedules has been updated and recorded daily; ensure to keep copies of all checklists and documentation.
