Observation: Observed operator use an ice cream scoop to scoop icecream, rinse the scoop and then place into a dry container
Corrective Action(s): Ice cream scoops must either be kept in a dipper well with continuous running water OR washed and sanitized after each use.

Ice cream scoops taken back to kitchen to wash and sanitize at time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and degrease underneath, between and around all cooking/frying equipment
2. Organize kitchen to allow for appropriate storage and ensure items are stored at least 6" off the floor
3. Remove all carboard boxes re-used for storage - especially near the grill/frying area.
4. Remove all items not necessary to business
5. Observed a gas can and a fabric armchair in kitchen at time of inspection - removed upon discusson with operator.
