Corrective Action(s): - Fill the sink to the right of the dishwasher with sanitizer solution and submerge all dishware after running them through the dishwasher.
- Allow to air dry after
- practice alternative dishware washing method until the dishwasher has been repaired or replaced.
- Maintain and update a dishwasher sanitizer testing log daily.
