Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CG5S5B.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CG5S5B have been corrected:
-Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan available on-site. Operator understands whats in the plans submitted.
-Rodent droppings have been cleared underneath and around the pallets, shelving units, stand-up freezers, chest freezers, walk-in cooler, stainless steel worktables, front display cooler.
-All items not related to normal operations of the premises as noted in report#JCHY-CG5S5B have been removed from the premises. No cookware observed to be stored on premises only kitchen utensils for cut and wrap observed.
-Walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower.
-labels present on raw meat package for sale.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
