Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
Cheesecake display coolers at 4C or below.
Walk-in cooler at 4C or below.
Walk-in freezer ranging from -9 to -13C. Operator stated items had recently been placed in unit.
- Ensure unit is maintaing temperature of -18C or below.
Prep cooler at 4C or below.
Temperature logs maintained and available.
Note: Ensure to include numerical values for the temperatures and not relay solely on digital Mircotherm system.
Food covered and stored off ground.
QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm.
2 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs in dispenser at >200ppm.
Staff in uniform with hair covered/tied back.
No pest issues noted during inspection.
General maintenance of facility is satisfactory.
