Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned items. Can opener blade must be clean cleaned and sanitized after each use or after 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser. If it is busy, put the can opener in the dishpit to be washed at a later date.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine final rinse. 68.7C rinse temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm chlorine final rinse temperature. Do not use low-temperature dishwasher until it is serviced. Temporary use the Lounge side High-temperature dishwasher to wash dishes until the low-temperature dishwasher has been serviced.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Lactic acid sanitizer spray bottles at 272-700ppm/704-1875ppm DSBA/Lactic Acid. 2-compartment sink available for food preparation.
Undercounter cooler, stand-up coolers, walk-in coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood satisfactory. Meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.
