Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Walk-in cooler measured at 4'C - Temperature logs are observed maintained - General sanitation of premise has improved. Ensure deep cleaning of floors, walls and equipment is completed more frequently as per approved sanitation plan, especially behind and around cooking equipment (i.e. deep fryers) and food preparation tables. - Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - QUATS sanitizer strips have been replaced and are within expiry (exp: Mar, 2024) - No signs of pests during time of inspection - All food observed protected from potential contamination - Staff observed wearing clean uniforms Notes: - No signature required due to COVID - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
