Premise is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Hand washing sink with liquid soap and paper towels in use. 3 compartment sink installed. Food protected from contamination. 400 ppm quat sanitizer in use. Hot holding unit at 60C and above for hot dogs. Coolers in use at 4C and below. Chest freezer at -18C. Health Permit posted in hallway. Renovations currently under way. New floors, walls and ceiling. Stove installed with ventilation system. Items still needed: 1. Installation of a dedicated hand washing sink with splash guard. Liquid soap and paper towels required at station. 2. Updated floor plan required for review and approval by Fraser Health. 3. New shareholder documents update. 4. Update of food safety plan and recipes if new items are to be added to menu.
