Observation: -AGAIN observed multiple uses of newspapers and cardboards for shelf/container liners along with wrapping the chives directly with newspaper as stated

-Storage area next to loading dock area and the adjoining electrical room have public foods mixed in with construction/auto equipment and personal foods/effects
Corrective Action(s): -Do not use any newspapers/cardboards single use items for food related processing.

-Store ALL public foods away from non-food related goods. Keep all your personal effects/foods in the cafeteria area. Centralize all other construction/auto equipment in one area away from the public foods such as the electrical/storage rooms
