- ice machine in sanitary condition; scoop stored separately
- dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- sanitizing solution in buckets (cloths stored within): 100ppm chlorine
- sanitizing solution in spray bottles: 200ppm quats
- no sign of pests at the time of inspection
- general sanitation is satisfactory
