-Handwash sinks in the kitchen is equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water
-Hall b bar handwashing sink contain liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water
-Food warmers not in use at time of inspection. 60C must be maintained at all times in food warmers
-Table cloths are cleaned with a linen company
-Bar bucket is used to hold ice for keeping drinks cold. No ice from these buckets are to be used for drinking
-Coolers maintain 4C or less
-Freezers measured -18C or less
-Spray bottles adjusted to 100 ppm. 200ppm is too high.
-Food probed in cooler to be 4C or less
-Cooling procedures are acceptable
-Foods not stored on floor during inspection
