Temperature of coolers and freezers were at adequate temperatures. Liquid soap and paper towels were present at hand wash sinks. Quat sanitizer available for use. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 75 degrees C. No signs of pest infestation. Some cleaning required in hard-to-reach area along wall under dry storage shelves. Please store cooked foods above raw foods.
