Observation: Epoxy floor chipped up more than 50% of floor area of food processing and storage areas leaving exposed concrete which can absorb grease/food debris. Floor currently being sprayed down with a chlorinated detergent at the end of the day and general sanitation of the floor at time of inspection was good.
Corrective Action(s): All surfaces must be durable, easily cleanable, non-porous and non-absorbant. Floor will need to be resealed in main processing area, hallway to back area, freezer and two coolers by August 31, 2023
