-Follow-up inspection to March 7, 2018. -Cleaning and sanitizing is to be carried out by the dishwasher only. Student staff member has been instructed not to wash and sanitize any equipment. -Food were covered with plastic wrap along the customer order area. Protected from potential customer contamination. -Foods in the walk-in cooler were covered with plastic wrap. Ensure plastic wrap is discarded after each use - only intended for single use. -Ingredients/foods were properly stored off the floor at the time of inspection. -Back door was kept closed at the time of inspection. -General cleaning of facility has been carried out. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest infestation. -Health Permit hand delivered to operator. Health Permit must be displayed in a conspicuous location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
