-Follow-up inspection to September 25, 2023. -Handwash station has been serviced and was not leaking water at the time of inspection. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer was tested at approximately 200ppm. Staff are changing sanitizer every 2 hours or as needed (more frequently during busy times). -Hot holding was greater than 60C. Food items were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding. -Staff personal belongings are no longer stored on food prep area. Phones are either stored on person in personal storage. -Scoops stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19
