Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bleach sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink approximately 50ppm.
2) Vegetable cutter was found to have dried green pepper on the blade.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Bleach at 100ppm to 200ppm is required for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils. Additional bleach was added to the 3-compartment sink and was tested at 100ppm at the time of inspection.
2) Equipment may require additional presoaking to remove stuck on food debris. Vegetable cutter was properly washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scooping can was stored in the flour container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner - not inside the ingredients container. Scoop was removed at the time of inspection.

Observation: Operator who has valid FoodSafe Level 1 was not present at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): At least one person in the facility must have a valid FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent certification when facility is in operation. Additional may need to be trained in FoodSafe Level 1.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
