Followup done for recalled frozen cooked diced chicken. Lighting intensity increased in waitress area *Food Service manager stated wood pallet currently below mixer with be removed and replaced with proper casters. Walk in cooler at <4c New cooler in middle of kitchen at <4c Both freezers cold holding at <-18c Dishwasher at 80c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
