Introduction

An unscheduled follow-upinspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the follow-up inspection dated Feb. 26, 2024 there were six children and one staff present.The facility manager was also on-site. This report was reviewed with the facility manager during the inspection. Licensing completed a follow-up inspection today regarding the items identified during the last inspection. It appears that all items have now been continued to be addressed by the facility. Licensing observed that the height of the fire extinguishers on-site have also been adjusted higher.
