CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED - Facility has had extensive cleaning in all areas addressed by Health Inspector

The following areas require cleaning:
- Shelf above washing machine
- Floors (the last item today will be floors)
- Shelf under grill line
- Underside of prep counter at grill line

Facility has cleaned and disposed of many items. All items (but the four items previously listed above) have been addressed. Pest Technician is to be onsite today at 3:30pm. Address fruit fly infestation in large dry storage room today with Pest Technician as well as cockroach infestation today. Ensure Pest Technician is able to provide report to owner detailing 1) actions taken today 2) plan going forward

***NOTE: Due to current cockroach infestation, facility will be required to maintain HIGH STANDARD OF SANITATION and will be reinspected by Health Inspector in the near future to ensure compliance. If the sanitation of the facility is poor and infestation is still ongoing the facility will once again be CLOSED and issued a CLOSURE ORDER until such time as sanitation levels are acceptable. Explain to staff that cleaning must occur DAILY to ensure facility is not closed again. The cockroach infestation can only be eliminated through EXTREMELY SANITARY conditions to eliminate the food source.
